BrickBreaker Level 34

BrickBreaker Level 34 Diagram

The final level! Just start the ball one click to the right, and it will hit the bottom row of unbreakable bricks and start descending. Intercept it and hit a moderately angled shot off the right half of your paddle to redirect the ball up the right wall.

If the ball ever comes out of the chute, just send it back up the right wall until you’ve destroyed the single red brick and cleared out the level.

If you get the Gun on this level, just blast through the unbreakable brick touching the left wall, and then destroy the single red brick to end the level. Multi, Catch, Long and Life are all helpful here.

If this is your first time through 34 levels, your quest to beat BrickBreaker is half complete. You’ll need to complete all 34 levels a second time to truly “beat” BrickBreaker. The second time through 34 levels, the ball will start off moving fast all the time. Make sure you’ve read and understand the Brick Breaker ball speed tips so that you’re not caught by surprise.

If you’ve just completed all 34 levels for the second time: congratulations! From here on, the ball moves very slowly and the game becomes much easier. Keep playing conservatively until you’ve built up a cushion of at least 10 lives, but after that you’ll be able to rack up your score as high as you want.

BrickBreaker Level 33

BrickBreaker Level 33 Diagram

This level is an exercise in ball control. I like to launch the ball at the starting position (zero clicks), or one click left. This should clear out two of the low-hanging single bricks and give you a bit of breathing room. Once you’ve cleared out the single bricks near the bottom middle of the level, you’ll need to send slightly angled shots to the left and right in order to reach the top of the level. Because you are hitting somewhat angled shots, and the bricks are scattered haphazardly around the level, the ball can sometimes be difficult to follow. Just keep your eye on the ball as it’s ricocheting around, and try to keep it under control if it makes its way back down to your paddle.

There are no capsules on this level.

Start the ball off three or four clicks left, which should destroy the accessible capsule touching the left wall. When the ball descends, hit it back up the chute. This level isn’t too difficult — just keep sending the ball back up the chute on the left. If the bricks descend all the way, you might need to escape to the left.

If you get the Gun, I’d suggest destroying the three bricks under the words “breaker” and “guide” on the picture diagram. This gives you some breathing room.

BrickBreaker Level 31

BrickBreaker Level 31 Diagram

Many people say level 16 is the most difficult BrickBreaker level, but I think this level is even harder! Of course, it can still be beaten.

I like to start the ball one click to the right. When the ball bounces off the lowest row of unbreakable bricks, hit a slighly angled shot off the right edge of your paddle. The ball should deflect off the right wall and redirect through the small gap into the middle of the level.

Sometimes the ball will bounce around and up to the top of the board through one of the higher gaps. But often, the ball will bounce back down to the bottom of the board through either the left or right gap. You need to watch the ball carefully and be ready to move quickly to intercept the ball depending on which gap it goes through.

If the ball does fall back down to your paddle, first get it under control. Then there are two ways to get it back to the top of the level. The first it to ricochet the ball off the right or left walls and back through one of the openings, like I described above for the starting move. The other approach is to maneuver your paddle so it’s touching the right wall, then hit a slightly angled shot off the left side of your paddle that goes straight up through the gap. Of course, the same idea applies if you are touching the left wall — just hit a slightly angled shot off the right side of your paddle.

There are no capsules on this level.

BrickBreaker Level 30

BrickBreaker Level 30 Diagram

The important thing to remember on this level is patience. Start the ball off one click to the right, and when the ball bounces off the lowest row of unbreakable bricks, hit a slightly angled shot toward the top right corner of the board. Hopefully this will bounce back down and left and destroy the single brick with no capsule.

Keep playing conservatively until you have a shot at reaching the two bricks at the top of the level. It’s possible to reach these two bricks by knocking some sharply angled shots off the side walls, but this is risky. Instead, I prefer to wait until the bricks start descending. This provides a larger opening to shoot into and reduces your chances for error.

If you get the Gun, you have two options. The first is to destroy the three unbreakable bricks from the lowermost row. This is especially helpful if you’ve already cleared out the single brick sitting directly above, because it means the whole center of the level is clear. The other option is to destroy the unbreakable bricks touching right and left walls — the ones directly under the bricks with capsules. This give you an opening to destroy these capsules from beneath.
